Our policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Custom printed shirts
Every Everyday Tee and Grounded V is printed for you after you order it, in the shirt color and fern color you chose. Because each one is made for you, here is how returns work for them.
Wrong size
Send it back unworn and unwashed within 30 days of delivery, and we'll remake it in your size with the same print. You cover the return shipping for a size swap, and we ship the new one free.
Our mistake, a misprint or a flaw
If we printed the wrong color, the print is flawed, or the shirt arrived damaged, tell us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll remake it or refund you to your original payment method, whichever you prefer, and we cover the shipping both ways.
Change of mind
We can't accept custom printed shirts back for a change of mind. If you're unsure about a size or a color, write to us before you order and we're happy to help.
Ready-made pieces (like our totes)
Return within 30 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed with tags attached. You cover the return shipping, and we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.
